Yes, it is. I do believe that it states so in the product description, but as I purchased it, I can vouch that it definitely is reversible.

The Braidy Bunch Rug features the same design/color pattern on both sides. It is recommended to flip and rotate the rug occasionally so that the rug wears evenly.
