Yes, you could lay the Foogo along the bottom of the lunch bag and still have plenty of space at the top of the bag for other items such as crackers, fruit, a juicebox, etc.

What is the inside of the animal lunchbox like? Is it smooth, firm quick-clean interior, or wrinkled? How big a pocket? Can you post photo of inside?

Unfortunately, we do not have a picture of the inside of the Penguin Lunchbox, but it has a sewn-in, waterproof interior, which is easy to clean. The pocket is sewn into the inside of the front cover and measures 5.75"H x 6.5"W.
