No, they are built in.

The dividers are sewn into the seams so, no, you can't remove them and replace them as needed. You could carefully cut them out, but that would be permanent. I would purchase multiple smaller bins.

I have not had to wash them. They wipe off really well so it hasn't been an issue. Just water and a good towel!

How do you get wrinkles out of basket? It came flat in package and has a lot of large wrinkles that are not working themselves out.

With use, the wrinkles should begin to relax. However, a steamer can be used to hasten the process.
