There is nothing on the packaging or the actual product to state that it's BPA-free. So I'm going to guess that it is not. However, unless you plan on letting your child lick the tray for hours on end, there should be no fear of BPA when using it. There probably isn't enough contact between the "grass" blades and a baby bottle for BPA to leech out of the grass and into the bottle.
