While the beds are not designed to be separated, it is possible to create two fully functional beds. However, the full size bed will have two high ends and the twin bed will have two low ends, rather than a high headboard and a low footboard like our standard Simple Beds. Additionally, there will be four small holes left on the top of the full bed that are meant to accommodate the hardware necessary to bunk the beds.
