Slightly off white, but still looks great with my daughter's bright white furniture (also from Land of Nod).

No, it has a vintage look to the lamp so I would say it is a faded white.

I wouldn't say true bright white I would say white but distressed. The accents in my daughter's room now are ivory but this doesn't clash at all.

Yes it is. Comes unassembled so you have to put it together.

The lamp shade is not exactly the same color as the Bedding of Roses collection, but they are very similar and coordinate very well.
