Very carefully! The shelf has one flush channel for the screw to slide into (and then down to lock into place) on each end. I would never do this again without first making a template of the back of the shelf so I could mark my wall exactly where the holes needed to be. Doing that should make it pretty easy.

It comes with anchors and screws for the wall, as long as you measure correclty, it is a piece of cake to install.

At each end of the back of the shelf, there is a keyhole opening that fits over a nail inserted into the wall.

True Color?
How would you describe the color "tomato" is this a fire engine red? or more of a orangish red? Also regarding the midnight blue would this be considered a navy blue? Is there a way to get samples of the colors before purchasing online. I know that all computer monitors are a bit different so I just want to be sure of the true colors before ordering. THank you!

The red is more of a brick red. The blue is lighter than navy. More like the blue in the American flag.

Our Tomato color is not a primary red, but deeper--closer to a barn red color. The Midnight Blue is a deep navy color and the Honey is a rich, medium brown. We're sorry, but we do not carry wood samples for this particular item.
